New Home Sales Counselor – Austin, TX

Dream Finders Homes is currently searching for New Home Sales Counselors for communities within Austin, TX. Candidate must be committed to maintaining a high level of ethics and integrity in all dealings. A proven track record of success in building effective relationships, establishing rapport and practicing attentive listening is a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify visitors and share information about Dream Finders Homes
  • Demonstrate models/homes/homesites
  • Have an in depth understanding of communitiy amenities
  • Educate visitors on Dream Finders’ better building practices
  • Generate prospect leads through leverating local realty offices
  • Educate Realtors on Dream Finders’ floor plans/ features
  • Overcome sales objections; close for the sale
  • Contract and document management
  • Track progress of buyer selections, construction, loan approvals
  • Provide customers with great communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Monitor models and sales office to the high quality of DFH homes
  • Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel between multiple communities to show properties within sales area
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend
