Dream Finders Homes, Northeast Florida’s fastest growing private homebuilder, has teamed up with The Jacksonville Jaguars to give the gift of a new home to a deserving military veteran following the 2016 Jaguars football season.

Dream Finders Homes, The Official Home Builder of the Jacksonville Jaguars, built a first-of-its-kind brand new home inside the EverBank Field Sports Complex. Named The Stadium Home, the home will is will be used for hospitality and special events during the 2015 and 2016 Jaguars home games and other onsite events at EverBank Field. Following the end of the 2016 football season the home will then be donated to a military veteran.

Further details have emerged about the selection process for the veteran who will be gifted the home. “We are very appreciative for the sacrifice our military and their families make while defending our country,” said Patrick Zalupski, President of Dream Finders Homes.

The Stadium Home model is a two story plan with 3,094 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space (2,406 square feet indoor, 688 square feet outdoor). The home has a large open floor plan with four-bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a home theater/4th bedroom. With the master suite downstairs and all secondary bedrooms and a loft upstairs, the family will have plenty of communal space, as well as privacy.
