The following are homeowner maintenance tips and general guidelines that should be used as a reference only.
During your first year of ownership, while your home is under the Dream Finders Homes Warranty, please contact the Dream Finders Homes Warranty Department at (904) 551-5323. Do not make repairs yourself or hire a service professional to make repairs, doing so could jeopardize your warranty.
