Dream Finders Homes, a locally owned company now operating in markets across the country, is looking to add a Part Time Office Administrator (expected 20+ hours per week) to our team in Jacksonville, Florida to assist with our continued growth.

This role will help us to improve in the following areas:

  • Routinely assist with copying, filing, sorting of construction related documents
  • General administrative and data entry including backlog, invoice records, plan copy file maintenance, organization of field packages, etc.
  • Assist with Permit application and processing
  • Assemble and present ARB/HOA packages
  • Invoice/PO processing/adjustments


Desired qualifications for this role would include:

  • 1-2 years of similar office administrative experience, or recent intern experience, current college student w/ flexible schedule.
  • Strong inter-personal, technical skills (Excel, Word, Adobe) and ability to adapt to changing priorities or projects highly desired. Self-started, ability to work independently.
  • Experience in P.O. driven software – i.e. Newstar, Sage, Buildsoft, FAST, BuildPro, JD Edwards would be beneficial
